La Cucina
This is the speciality of Fanch from Brittany, a buckwheat producer, who during a trip to Italy, met Giovanni di Napoli, a pizza chef for several generations. A few months later, he returned to his Breton lands and shared his culinary discoveries with his friends… with Breton style!
